I always come here and ask if they have the bubble waffle… This place never has bubble waffle. They just never make the batter!! Why even have it on the menu in the first place!! May as well take it off

Three visits this month and somehow no mango popping pearls every single time. How does Gong Cha keep running out of one of the best toppings? My passionfruit green tea hasn’t been the same.

My boyfriend bought a brown sugar milk tea for me and the guy didn’t put boba in it. When my boyfriend asked for the boba, he said “it’s too late” …LIKE WHAT???

I've been on this place many times. Place is so clean and well organized. People are so nice specially Andy who always mixed my drinks perfectly. Specially my favorite drink Coconut Taro with Regular Sugar Regular Ice, once you guys taste it you'll be blown away. You can ask for black pearl or white pearl for extra taste. Guys I'm telling you visit this location and look for Andy and ask for that special drink. Kudos to you Andy 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
